How do I move to a new phone?
On your old phone, open Settings and choose Back up to a file. Move the file to your new phone, then open Settings in Frillow and choose Restore from a file.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in Frillow and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Frillow and cancel there.
How does Apple Health access work?
It is optional and read only. You can change it any time in Settings, then Health, then Data Access and Devices, then Frillow.
How do I turn off the Face ID lock?
Open Settings in Frillow and switch off the lock.
